What Should I Wear?

Come prepared with athletic footwear and clothes that allow you to bend and move.

Do I Need to Bring Anything?

A water bottle is recommended. We have sweat towels at the shake bar.

About The Instructor

Lisa Posey

Lisa is a married mother of two and has lived in Lockport for most of her life. She is educated in elementary education and has also studied health and wellness extensively. Her current certifications are in Les Mills Body Flow, Spinning, Personal Training, Group Exercise, Barre and Kettle bell. She is very passionate about combining her strength and knowledge of wellness to serving the community at Lockport Athletic & Fitness Club.
