Ultimate Kickboxing

The ultimate kickboxing workout. Taught by head kickboxing instructor, Lizz Maiolo, this workout incorporates the fundamentals of kickboxing along with strength and conditioning aspects to bring your fitness to the next level.


What Should I Wear?

Come prepared with athletic footwear and clothes that allow you to bend and move.

Do I Need to Bring Anything?

A water bottle is recommended. We have sweat towels at the shake bar. Boxing gloves and hand wraps are recommended.

Lizz has been in the Health and Beauty business for over 30 years, originating as a Hairstylist and Platform Artist since 1984. Her transition into the Health and Fitness industry started in 1996 when she started training with North Eastern Kickboxing Champion, Amer Abdallah.
She is the Group Exercise Director at LAFC and a certified Personal Trainer through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America as well as National Exercise Trainers Association. Lizz is also certified in Kettlebells and Lower body instruction all through the National Exercise Trainers Association. She specializes and is passionate in the art of Kickboxing.
Her philosophy is to work hard every day to better yourself with a healthy lifestyle through nutrition and exercise.
