What Should I Wear?

Come prepared with athletic footwear and clothes that allow you to bend and move.

Do I Need to Bring Anything?

A water bottle is recommended. We have sweat towels at the shake bar.

About The Instructor

Gil Hamilton

Certifications 

  • ACE Certified Personal Trainer

Gil has been working in the fitness industry as a trainer since 1992. He received his certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) in 1993. After graduating from SUNY Fredonia in 1995, he played Arena football for the Syracuse Storm and Buffalo Gladiators.

Gil has extensive background in the Martial arts. He holds a 4th degree black belt in Chunkukdo, Tang soo do as well as an advanced belt in American Kempo. His background in athletics and the Martial arts help make up his daily fitness philosophy! “ Just do the work”! Gil believes that you should always have a goal whether it relates to fitness or life in general.

Adria Frederio

Adria has taught a variety of different fitness classes; including Body Attack and Barre. She is currently one of our certified Zumba instructors here at LAFC. Adria is also working towards earning her bachelor’s degree in Health and Wellness. She is extremely passionate about eating healthy and living a healthy lifestyle.
