ABOUT GETTING STARTED
Can I try the club before I become a member?
Yes. Our 14-day try-before-you-buy trial membership lets you try the club for only $19, with no risk or obligation, before you decide to become a member. We want you to meet our staff, meet the other members, and give us a chance to earn your business. At the end of 14 days, if we haven’t earned your business then we don’t deserve to have you as a member.
Can I get a deal of any type?
We pride ourselves on treating every single member the same every single time; therefore, we don’t make individual deals with new members. We also guarantee that any new member who signs up after you will never pay a lower price then when you joined.
What are the incentive gift packages about?
We understand we have competition and use the gift packages as a way of saying thank you for choosing us. We appreciate your business and we use these opening gifts as a way of showing this appreciation. Most new members also are looking for that little extra incentive that will help them make that final decision to get started on a fitness program. The gift incentive packages, which include various gifts, discounts and other cool perks, are often just enough to help that member on the fence take that final step and join. Hey, we understand that getting started is not the easiest thing in the world and if we can offer you some gifts to help get you going, as well as show our appreciation for your business, then everyone wins.
How do I get started?
It’s simple. Call the club or stop by and any of our membership staff can help you choose the right membership for you and the paperwork only takes about 15 minutes.
Do I have any other payment options?
You may pay monthly with an annual membership by taking advantage of our free EFT service to have your monthly payments automatically drafted each month from a checking, savings or credit card account. The club also offers a number of solution-based programs, such as our Me360 weight management department, where you do not have to be a member to take part.

How’s the parking?
Parking is very easy at the club. We have plenty of spaces directly in front of the club, and during busy times we also use the additional parking next door to us as well.
Do you have lockers and towel services?
We have a large number of free day use lockers that our members enjoy while working out. Small workout towels as well as shower towels are free and are available at the desk.
Do I have to have a card to check-in?
We will issue you a membership card that makes checking in much easier and faster, but if you forget your card simply stop by the desk with ID and we will make sure you get your workout.
Do I have to register for group classes?
Some of our premier classes, such as Core360, Group Power, Spinning and Core Fundamentals are limited to a certain number of participants. We gladly accept advanced registrations the day of each particular class &offer a simple system that will hold your place in class once you arrive at the gym. Simply call the front desk at 439-LAFC (5232) and one of our staff will be glad to assist you.
Can I book training or other club stuff by phone?
Almost everything we offer, beyond those things included as part of everyone’s base membership, such as group exercise, can be booked by calling the front desk at 439-LAFC.
How do I bring a guest?
Guests are always welcome at the club. If your guest lives in the club’s marketing area and qualifies for our trial membership we will be happy to extend the courtesy. If your guest is from out of our club’s area we offer a daily drop-in membership for your friends or relatives for $10 per day, or $25 per week.
